    Absolutely terrible. No interest in customer relations once you've paid your holiday. We've been in contact with them at least once in each city while on our trip around europe. With issues from; booking us crappy hotels, booking us rooms with two single beds(me and my girlfriend are traveling for our anniversary), flights without luggage included (we are away for a month so it seems unlikely we would get away with not having checked luggage), vouchers that say "see voucher for meeting point" instead of telling us the meeting point, putting the australian numbers on the vouchers instead of the local numbers for tours, and for our actual anniversary in paris booking us a budget 3 star hotel when we specifically asked for a 4 star hotel with a nice room. Overall their responses when we contact them have been unhelpful and rude, mostly blaming us and telling us to study the itinerary. The emergency helpline has been more helpful, if you can get through, most times when you call you will be put on hold, which wouldnt be very useful if it were an emergency,

    Your best bet is to just book everything youself, because all they don't provide any service at all. They book it, print off everthing, and then you're on your own.
