    Horrible. Data from streaming netflix and spotify thats should be free leaks into their general browsing section which i get charged $10 per Gb. Downloaded a 3rd party data management app to prove this. They were still refusing to correct their billing. Only after i went through the ombudsman did i get a result. They ensured that the problem is fixed and that they will closely monitor to make sure it doesnt happen again. It wasnt fixed and i am back to square one fighting for fair service. Bloody crooks.
