  Great playground for kids to play which is large enough and safe for an adult to get in if required to comfort a child. The dining area is quite dated and a number of chairs are peeling. Meals are a bit hit and miss. We have been twice in the last month and whilst the buffet salad and veg is good quality (better than most pubs!) some of the mains seem overpriced for the quality you receive. We haven't had any probs with ordering the seafood platter twice but the steak and kidney pie has been ordered twice now by our family and neither person recognised any kidney in the pie! Schnitzels are average and over priced. They also offer a dessert bar but we've found that to be okay (think slab sara lee cake, apple crumble and custard). Soft serve ice cream is good though. We don't mind paying a bit more on the average price of a pub meal to get a decent buffet and playground facility but overall I don't think it's good value.

  Food on menu has not changed in 10yrs. Is still disappointing, low quality and leaves you feeling sick. Do not bother giving feed back to management as it seems they are not concerned with customers experiences.

  I never thought the day would come, I have never given a 1 star to any restaurants I have been. The food is overpriced for the bland things they serve they try to pass as edible food. They must have a long term contract with the salt company that they purposely cook the food to be as bland as possible so patrons would consume as much salt as possible. The staff do not know how to take instructions; I specifically asked that our foods be served altogether with the rest of parties on our table as we are still waiting for some people to arrive. They served our food even before the people we are waiting for have arrived. When I told them my instructions, they wouldn't accept their mistake and blamed it on me, no apologies. So we let our food go cold while waiting for the rest of our family to arrive and get their order. The salad bar boasts a wide variety, but make sure your salt shaker is full as you would need a lot of them. The toilets are disgusting and seems like it hasn't been checked and cleaned for god knows how long. Granted they have no control of patrons inside the toilet but it is their responsibility to maintain it to acceptable standard. Based on other reviews, I don't know how they still operate. Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned cash somewhere else unless you want to be disappointed.
