  Staff were friendly. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was met by Michelle on time. Michelle dealt with my passport inquiry. Very professional and a great sense of humor. Was in and out very quickly.

  I could not fault my experience today at Gawler Post Office.

  This place is a joke. its not the first time I have had bad service, but I rock up today to get passport photos done. had to line up for 10 minutes to get told we had to wait as there was a lady dealing with another customer and was on the phone obviously finding out how to do her job. After waiting another 15 minutes we got told to leave as she had to continue dealing with the same customer we had already been waiting almost 1/2 hour for her to deal with. The first time we were able as a family to attend the post office together to be treated as if what services we needed weren't valid. This was the fourth and final time I use this post office. I would rather drive 1/2 to the next closest to me then waste my time for nothing. what a disgrace what happened to customer service?

  Best post office staff ever!! Donna, Cathy, Michelle and the gang are amazingly helpful, cheerful and friendly. I would go in just to see these lovely people. They are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Do yourself a favour and if in Gawler drop in for best ever post office service. Don't leave your passport application or photos til the last minute after school etc. This is not the fault of the post office staff if they take a while to process you. They are flat out as they give such brilliant service. Nothing is too much trouble.10 stars :)

  Don't try ringing. Automated service and then it stops. Worst post office ever. Staff need to learn how to be nice and maybe smile. I thought they might have been having a bad day but no excuses
