  Organised a makeup appointment 3 weeks beforehand, and staff rang the makeup artist while I was present to confirm a time. Got to the appointment on the day and makeup artist didn't show up and staff couldn't get hold of her on the phone and made me wait with no answers. I was pressed for time and had to leave the salon without getting my makeup done for my final year graduation ceremony. Ended up hysterical, crying and having to do my own makeup in the car on the way to the event - not how I'd like to remember my graduation! I did thank the staff before leaving for trying to contact the person but obviously there is a problem with the communication and organisation of the artist. I never got the name of the person or found out why she wasn't there. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.
