  Very professional sales pitch and seemingly willing to bend over backwards for me as the customer. Unfortunately this is where the care factor is left. Once signed up for a new air conditioner they switched to "cowboy" mode somehow and I was treated with several counts of unconscionable conduct.

  The original install date had to be moved because they didn't check the parts were available with their supplier. I ended up chasing this up myself. Then when they did arrive to do the job it wasn't at the time specified. The job was then severely rushed due to them needing to get to another 'more important' customer. As a result I am left with a big mess to clean up myself along with several building repairs needing to be done to my house. This wasn't the worst part however, it was the way in which I was treated when trying to have the situation rectified / compensated in some way. Aggressive & arrogant phone calls because I hadn't paid my invoice within 3 days! They then try to impose a 2.5% surcharge on the total bill as some kind of 'late fee'. Considering their only option for payment is EFT this is not only a joke, but also likely to be illegal.

  Proceed with extreme caution if you are thinking of engaging this company to do work for you and have somebody monitor the progress of the job from start to finish.
