  Good place to shop, they need more varieties of work uniform as they only really have pants. Need more workers put on at checkouts as there’s usually only 1 when I’m there. :-)

  Staff are polite and very helpful. There's a large range of products available. Restrooms available in-store. Parking is plentiful the adjacent multi level car park.

  Good variety and nicely displayed. The undercover parking is convenient.

  Wanted to buy an SD memory card, so on the shelf was a CD sized case with a print inside that said "take me to counter". That apparently did not mean the check out counter because the (friendly) young lady did not know where to get the actual SD card, and after paying for my other items she kindly referred me to the customer service counter. After waiting there for about five minutes until it was my turn, the young man behind the counter said: "oh no we don't have the actual SD card here, you'll need to go to the Electronics counter". Yeah right so he wanted me to go back into the store with my already paid for items, collect the SD card, go through checkout again, having to explain that I already paid for the other items etc. So my issue is that first of all the text should have been clear about which counter, and secondly that the customer service bloke maybe should have been able to quickly dash out to get the SD card for me. I'm not blaming him for anything, he was friendly enough, but clearly Big W as a company is making it a bit hard to enable you to spend your money there.

  It's not the biggest store in the world, but it's probably one of the biggest in Gawler. There's a pretty good range, the prices are reasonable. One thing that needs some work is the parking.
