  After doing a vast amount of research and contacting different dealerships in the lead up to purchasing my car, I would 110% recommend the team at Steinborners to anyone in the markets for a new car. Above all else they provided an outstanding customer experience. Making the entire process one to enjoy!

  Spent $2400 on a timing chains at Steinbourners service department. Only to have the motor blow up two days later. I was told by the service manager that I would not get a refund for this because I only asked them to look at the timing chains. What a joke....... the worst service I have ever had from a service department ever. I am now in the process of going through consumer affairs to try and get my money back. If you are thinking of getting your car serviced here think again and take it somewhere else.

  They ensured that I was well versed in the owners manual, taking me through a detailed tour of the inside of my new car. I loved the fact that they even reminded me to take care in the first few weeks of driving, to concentrate on the way the car drove, its difference in steering and the way it handled on the road above all else.

  Exceeded my customer service expectations while purchasing my first ‘brand new car’. On entering the dealership I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, while making it apparent that the sales team were not the usual pushy ’ Salesman’. They listened to all of my needs and expectations and went above and beyond to ensure I was purchasing the product that was best suited to myself.

  Why do I even try this place! Third time over two years I thought to give these people a go. Horrible customer service. Have had one nice guy who would speak to me nicely. Holden specialist maybe, but when the service is so terrible I will drive the extra ks to go elsewhere.

  Sales person was great. Easy to to business with. The finance side of things was a little slap dash but we got there in the end. No issues with the car so far. Happy days.
